Nowledge Terms of Service

Welcome to Nowledge (“we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms of Service govern your use of the Nowledge website, subscription service, and all reminder communications. By subscribing or using our site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

Nowledge provides scheduled, personalized reminder messages to parents of high-school students. Reminders include:

Intro Messages (onboarding sequence)
Standard Messages (regular guidance)
Urgent Messages (deadline-sensitive notices)

Reminders are tailored based on:

The student’s first name
The student’s academic year (Freshman–Senior)

Messages are sent by email through our partner, Postmark, and may include future SMS delivery options.

2. Eligibility

Subscribers must be:

At least 18 years old
A parent, guardian, or responsible party for the student
Able to provide accurate student year information

We do not provide services directly to minors.

Cancellation stops future charges.
Previously delivered reminders are non-refundable.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.

If you are not satisfied, contact us at info@autolifepilot.com within 30 days to discontinue services. After 30 days, refunds are not guaranteed.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate information (student name + year in school)
Update us if your student’s year changes for reasons other than natural progression
Use the service for personal/household purposes only
Not attempt to circumvent system scheduling or access other users' data

7. Message Delivery

We make reasonable efforts to deliver reminders consistently, but:

Delivery may vary due to email providers, filtering, or device settings
We are not responsible for messages blocked, filtered, or marked as spam
You are responsible for maintaining an active email address

8. Data & Privacy

We collect only the information required to personalize and deliver reminders.

We do not store or request sensitive student information.

9. Acceptable Use

You may not use Nowledge to:

Harass or abuse the service
Attempt unauthorized access
Reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy system logic
Resell or redistribute reminders

Violations may result in cancellation, and legal infringement..

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, graphics, message templates, and written materials are owned by Nowledge and may not be copied or repurposed without permission.

11. Service Modifications

We may update, modify, or improve the service at any time.
We will notify users of significant changes affecting message delivery or pricing.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law:

Nowledge is not responsible for missed deadlines
We do not guarantee acceptance into any program or college
The service provides guidance, not individualized legal or financial advice
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Total liability is limited to the amount paid for your last subscription billing cycle.
