NOWLEDGE – MESSAGING POLICY

Purpose of Messages
Nowledge delivers automated reminders that help parents keep track of college-planning tasks for their high-school students. Messages include Intro, Standard, and Urgent reminders. These messages are informational and educational. They do not guarantee outcomes, admissions results, or financial aid decisions.

Message Frequency
Intro messages are sent shortly after subscribing.
Standard reminders are typically sent every 7 to 14 days.
Urgent reminders are sent when deadlines approach.
Actual frequency may vary based on student year and timing of milestones.

Email Delivery
Emails are sent to the address provided at checkout. Delivery can be affected by spam filters, inbox rules, email provider limits, or security settings. Parents are responsible for keeping a valid email address on file.

Optional Future SMS Delivery
If SMS reminders are added in the future:
Users will be asked to explicitly opt in.
Message and data rates may apply.
Message frequency will match the reminder schedule.

Opt Out
You can opt out of reminders at any time by:
1. Cancelling your subscription
2. Emailing info@autolifepilot.com with a request to stop messages

Data Collected
Only the following information is used to personalize reminders:
Parent name
Email address
Student first name
Student year in school
No academic records or sensitive personal data are collected.

Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Misuse the service
Share or redistribute reminders
Use reminders for commercial purposes
Interfere with system delivery

Non-Delivery
If you are not receiving reminders:
Check your spam folder
Mark messages as “Not Spam”
Add info@autolifepilot.com to your safe sender list
