Nowledge is a digital reminder service. We deliver personalized college-planning messages electronically. No physical products are shipped.

Digital Service Delivery
Your subscription activates automatically once your order is completed through Shopify. Your reminders are delivered through email messages on a personalized schedule based on your student’s academic year. Messages include Intro, Standard, and Urgent reminders.

There is no shipping time because the service is digital.

Start of Service
Your service begins when:
1. Your payment is processed
2. Your subscriber profile is created
3. Your student’s name and academic year are added to the reminder schedule

This usually happens within minutes of subscribing.

Ongoing Delivery
Reminders continue on a personalized timeline throughout the school year:
Intro sequence first
Standard reminders every 7 to 14 days
Urgent reminders before deadlines

You may cancel your subscription or pause for up to 30 days at any time.

Non-Delivery or Missed Messages
If you are not receiving reminders:
Check your spam or junk folder
Add info@autolifepilot.com to your safe sender list
Verify that your email address is correct
